Training is primarily located within your home with some training sessions

occurring in public places

If client/owner fails to provide at least 24-hour cancellation notice, or if the

client/owner is not present during the time of the scheduled session, the session

fees are still due. For a package deal, the session will still be counted as one

session. If client/owner provides more than 24 hour notice of

cancellation/reschedule, no cancellation fee will be implemented, and 100%

refund will be provided if desired.

Ultimately you as the owner are responsible for the progress your dog makes.
